Power Industry Support, LLC is actively recruiting an HVAC Technician within the Ford Motor Company Facility in Brook Park, OH.
Salary Range: O&M Tech Level 1 $24.07, Level 2 $28.08, Level 3 $34.10, Level 4 $40.12 & Lead O&M Tech $42.78 (Labor Contract is with IUOE 18S)
Employee shall be classified as Lead O&M Tech or O&M Tech (Level 1 thru 4)
The wage rates for O&M Technician Levels 1 through 3 were determined as follows:
Employee hired at any level below the O&M Technician Level 4, will be required to advance to the O&M Technician Level 4 within a reasonable time. Employes’s will be required to complete the Learning Path assigned in GPI (or commensurate studies as applicable) for the next higher level and complete a minimum of one year on the job training to be considered for promotion to the next progressive level. Employee’s progression/promotion to the next level will be at the sole discretion of the company after a review of their knowledge, skills, abilities and on-the-job training.

Job Summary:
The person holding this position will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of chiller plant and associated equipment, customer refrigeration equipment, Direct Fired AHUs, and hot water systems located at the facility. All interactions with the customer and their employees are expected to be professional and courteous. NOW OFFERING A $5,000 SIGNING BONUS!

The employee in this classification will be required to lift objects of up to 50 pounds in weight. Carry objects of up to 35 pounds in weight. Occasionally the employee will have to push or pull objects 70 pounds in weight.
Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must have the ability to work on ladders, lifts and heights of greater than 20 feet.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works both in a utility plant environment and outdoors. In the course of working at the plant site, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions, works near moving mechanical parts and/or machinery. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may become loud at the plant site.
